Hidden gem, great service, tasty food. Enjoy it for dine-in or like so many, take out. Soooo good.

I actually got my order through DoorDash. Prior to ordering I called and spoke with the owner because I’m quite picky on certain things. He graciously accommodated my needs of which I appreciate. The food and sushi were awesome. I travel extensively and will be back in this area soon and absolutely will be ordering again.

This is a homey little place with super-friendly staff and yummy food at reasonable prices. It's not flashy, but it doesn't need to be. The people and the food are the stars here.

I have eaten at Segoku several times since the restaurant has opened. Great food and the prices are very reasonable! The only thing that could be better is the drinks. They have no pop machines they give you a bottled drink with a cup of ice and it’s flat. No refills. You have to buy another drink.

Batesville has this little jem, our first time here. Everyone was friendly, and the service was great. The food was excellent, I truly stuffed myself. If you live in Batesville You really need to check out this place.

This place is amazing! The food was delicious, particularly the sushi, the fish was so fresh. I am so impressed. The restaurant is what my family lovingly refers to as a home in the wall, it’s unassuming but packs a delicious punch. The staff were so accommodating with our large party celebrating my sister’s birthday. I can’t recommend this establishment enough. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us and providing an amazing dinner and experience!

I stopped here with my mom during a visit to Batesville. The staff were friendly and helpful, extremely polite and welcoming. We tried the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp dinner and the rice is some of the best rice we’ve ever had. The rice is cooked with a special sauce and it has eggs in it too. The sauce used for hibachi is delicious and not overpowering. I got sweet tea which was not too sweet and slightly watery tasting, but it was perfect that way. I tried the eel roll too and it was very fresh and had a little crunchiness to it, everything smelled great and the decor of the place was very interesting and fun - kids would probably enjoy the hanging art with ninjas and samurai on the wall. This is a great place to go if you love sushi and hibachi, they have a lot of special rolls to try. It is a smaller place but definitely worth a visit. We loved it so much we wish the restaurant would open a location in Indianapolis.

Nice restaurant. Somewhat smaller, more relaxed vibe which is exactly what we like. Came here after a soccer game. If we lived anywhere near here we would eat here all the time. Our server was very polite and on top of it! Sushi was delightful.
